I have been involved in the fitness industry for 8-9 years now. I first started to get myself into better state and over the years have competed in various sports such as athletics, cross country and boxing. More recently took an interest in weight lifting, which has worked wonders for my figure and has actually helped me get slimmer contrary to what many people believe weight lifting does for you. Currently I transitioning from working a full time office job to coaching people to loose weight online and face to face. Although I have experience in the fitness industry I am always learning new things and love sharing them as I discover.
